Do you ship world-wide?

Yes, we do ship world-wide.   

What is the currency stated on the website?

Prices stated on the website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)  

What method is used for shipping?

All packages are shipped by air.  

I placed an order. When will my package arrive?

The processing time for orders is 2-3 business days. After that, delivery time is approximately 5-21 business days depending on the carrier and destination. Please keep in mind that during festive seasons, this time may vary.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from post offices to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the country of origin.

Packages undeliverable by our selected carrier and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

 

Is my order refundable?

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. Please note, Eight Karats Health & beauty reserves the right to refuse all returns.

 

What method is used for shipping?

All packages are shipped via third-party courier services.

Our customer service team will response to all emails within 48 business hours.

Do you offer returns?

No. All sales are final.

I am an international customer (outside South Korea). Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

Items shipped outside of South Korea / Singapore may be subjected to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by EIGHT KARATS HEALTH & BEAUTY.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from post offices to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited South Korea /Singapore.  

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at locked.dreams@gmail.com with your inquiry.

Can I change my order once I've placed it?

No, once you place an order it is final.
